摘　　要：工程建设项目的日趋大型化和复杂化使PMC、EPC等工程建设模式的应用越来越多,PMC+EPC模式是PMC模式和EPC模式的结合使用,文章根据PMC+EPC模式产生的环境,论述了PMC+EPC模式的特点,归纳了其适用条件,分析PMC+EPC模式典型的合同关系,指出了PMC+EPC模式在使用中应注意的问题以及采取的相应对策。Nowadays,engineering construction projects are becoming larger and more complex. It promotes the application of PMC+EPC mode,which is the combination of PMC mode and EPC mode,in construction projects. Based on the generation circumstance of PMC+EPC mode,this paper discusses the features of PMC+EPC mode,sums up its applicable conditions,analyzes its typical contract relationship,and puts forward the problems should be paid attention to when the mode is applied in our country. Also,it gives the countermeasures to solve the relevant problems.
