摘 要:我国近期提出了大中城市和经济发达地区应具备抗御6级左右地震能力的防震减灾目标。宁洱地震作为我国多年来少有的近城市直下型地震,此次地震的震害经验和教训具有重要的参考价值。本文在地震现场科学考察的基础上,根据庙山垭口的地震宏观现象以及房屋震害现象,初步分析和总结了中强地震震中地区的震害特征,包括竖向地震力的影响、地震动的扭转效应以及地裂缝对建筑结构的作用。In the recent earthquake disaster reduction goal of China, it is supposed that the major cities and the economical developed areas should be able to withstand the strike from a MS=6 earthquake. As a rare example of earthquakes occurred near the city for many years in the mainland of China, the experience and lessons learnt from Ning'er earthquake are of important reference value. Based on the on-site investigation, we studied the macroscopic phenomena and the building damage near the epicenter, and summed up the damage characters, including vertical impact of the earthquake, rotation response of the ground motion, and effects of ground fissures on the structure.
