摘　　要：当前我国许多县城正在进行抗震规划编制工作,本文结合地理信息系统(GIS),介绍了某县城城区抗震防灾规划的编制及基于GIS的抗震防灾决策系统的开发过程。根据对该规划区建筑物的震害预测,得出震后建筑物的破坏状况及经济损失、人员伤亡情况,为规划编制提供理论依据。Currently many counties are carrying out planning program for city earthquake disaster reduction and prevention actively in China. This paper introduces the procedure of establishment of X county＇s planning and a decision-making system for earthquake disaster reduction and prevention based on GIS. In this system, information from the prediction of buildings＇ damage, economic losses, casualty caused by earthquake is analyzed, and then these analytical results become the theoretical foundation for planning of county earthquake disaster reduction and prevention.
