海盐县普通人群艾滋病知识健康教育干预效果调查

摘　　要：目的对海盐县各类普通人群开展预防艾滋病知识宣传,评价健康教育效果。方法应用多种宣传形式对各类普通人群进行预防艾滋病知识宣传,开展健康教育干预,在干预前和干预后,用无记名问卷进行两次随机抽样调查。结果健康教育干预后,增加了各类人群从各种途径获取艾滋病知识的频次。对艾滋病可通过"性接触传播、经血传播、母婴传播"3种传播途径的知晓率和对"握手"、"共同进餐"、"共用浴缸、游泳池","蚊虫叮咬"等非传播途径的知晓率均有大幅度的提高(P值均<0.01)。对预防艾滋病经性接触传播措施的知晓率,对艾滋病感染者和病人的态度,干预后也有一定幅度的提高。对艾滋病自愿咨询检测和国家"四免一关怀"政策了解情况,干预后比干预前有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论开展预防艾滋病知识健康教育干预,取得很好的效果。Objective To spread irfformation related to the prevention of AIDS among common groups by health education in Haiyan County and evaluate the intervention effect of health education. Methods Various ways were adopted to publicize information related to the prevention of AIDS among common groups, after implementing health educational intervention measures, sampling investigation was implemented randomly by confidential questionnaire before and after intervention. Results By health education intervention on the prevention and control of AIDS, people could gain AIDS knowledge from more ways than before. Awareness rate of AIDS dissemination way which include sexual transmission, blood transmission and maternal-neonatal transmission was increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Awareness rote of AIDS non-dissemination way which include handshaking, dining together, sharing bathing and natatorium, mosquito bite was also increased greatly （P〈0.01）. The attitude to patients and groups affected by AIDS was improved. Awareness rate of VCT and ＂Four free and one care＂ was increased after intervention （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Health education and intervention were good wayto prevent and control AIDS.
