云南云龙锡矿石的谱学特征及其成因意义

摘  要:云龙锡矿的锡石,能隙值Eg为3.647~3.942eV,阴极射线发光光谱是Ti,W引起的杂质发光。根据发光谱中发光带的强度和波长特征,可将云龙锡矿床锡石的发光光谱分为Ⅰ型谱和Ⅲ型谱两种类型。两种不同的光谱反映了两种不同的成矿过程。锡石中同时存在两种不同价态的铁(Fe^(3+)和Fe^(2+)),其中Fe^(3+)是Fe的主要存在形式,Fe^(3+)在D_(2h)对称场中的电子跃迁所产生的晶体场吸收是引起锡石颜色变化的主要原因。云龙锡矿床形成于相对碱性和偏还原条件。The energy gaps of Yunlong cassiterites vary from 3.647 to 3.942 eV.The cathodoluminescence spectra of cassiterites are caused by impuritiesof Ti and W. According to the strength and wavelength characteristics ofluminescence bands, the cathodoluminescence spectra of cassiterites aredivided into two types: Ⅰ type and Ⅲ type, which reflects the two differentore-forming processes. It is indicated that there exist Fe^(3+) and Fe^(2+)simultaneously in cassiterites. in which Fe^(3+) is the main form of Fe. Thecolor change of cassiterites is mainly caused by crystal field absorption ofFe^(3+) in D_(2h). The Yunlong tin deposit was formed on the relatively alkalineand, slightly reducing condition.
