摘 要:以甲醛、芳香酮和有机胺为原料经曼尼希反应合成了曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂,通过正交实验,结合其在盐酸介质中对N-80碳钢的缓蚀效果对合成条件进行了优化。采用静态失重法对合成的优化缓蚀剂JH-C在不同温度和不同缓蚀剂用量下进行综合评价,结果表明,在介质温度为30-90℃、用量为0.5%时,JH-C均能控制腐蚀速率低于2 g·(m^2·h)^-1,具有良好的缓蚀性能。A new acidizing corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by Mannich reaction with formaldehyde,aromatic ketone and amine. According to the corrosion inhibiting effect to N-80 steel in hydrochloric acid,the synthesizing conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments. The performance of corrosion inhibitor JH-C synthesized at optimum conditions was evaluated at various temperatures and inhibitor amounts using weight loss method. And the results showed that,the rate of corrosion was less than 2.0 g ·(m^2·h)^-1 by adding 0.5% inhibitor JH-C which had excellent inhibiting performance at 30-90℃.
