摘  要:在对某铁件制品进行酸性氯化钾镀锌过程中,镀层出现低位发雾,而且有白斑,在硝酸出光及钝化后依然存在。运用鱼骨分析法、排除法等方法分析发现,该故障产生原因是由于镀件在防锈水中浸泡时形成的一层氧化膜的缘故。针对此问题,经过反复实验,对原工艺流程进行了改进,增加了一道98%浓硫酸浸泡(3~10s)工序,从而避免了该故障的发生。During the process of acidic potassium chloride zinc plating for iron workpiece, the deposit obtained at low current density was shown to be foggy with white spots, and the phenomena failed to disappear even after bright dipping and passivation in nitric acid. The trouble was found to be due to oxidation film formed on the piece to be plated as it was dipped in anti-rust water. The original process was then improved by adding one step of dipping in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 3-10 s after repeated tests, and thereby the trouble was avoided.
