摘  要:比较了液态螯合树脂DTCR处理法与碱沉淀法的性能。DTCR法处理混合电镀废水的流程主要包括(1)调整pH,(2)加入1%~2%(质量分数)DTCR,(3)加入絮凝剂,(4)搅拌,(5)过滤。处理含Cr(VI)废水时,建议在加入DTCR前先用NaHSO3将Cr(VI)还原为Cr(Ⅲ)。列出了处理不同重金属时所需DTCR的量。采用DTCR法处理含40g/LCu2+、28g/LNi2+和26g/LZn2+的电镀废水后,排出水中重金属含量低于0.5mg/L,完全符合国家排放标准。The performances of liquid chelating resin DTCR treatment method and alkaline precipitation method were compared. The process flow of DTCR method for the treatment of mixed electroplating wastewater mainly comprises (1) pH adjustment, (2) addition of 1%-2% (mass fraction) DTCR, (3) addition of flocculating agent, (4) agitation, and (5) filtration. The use of NaHSO3 is recommended to reduce Cr(Ⅵ) to Cr(Ⅲ) before the addition of DTCR for the treatment of Cr(Ⅵ)-containing wastewater. The amounts of DTCR for treating different heavy metal ions were presented. An electroplating wastewater containing 40 g/L Cu^2+, 28 g/L Ni^2+ and 26 g/L Zn^2+ was treated with DTCR. The effluent contains 〈0.5 mg/L heavy metals, meeting the national discharge standard.
