摘  要:目的探讨参七汤对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠模型自由基代谢的影响。方法雄性健康SD成年大鼠40只,随机分为正常空白对照组、单纯模型组、维生素E组、参七汤组。各组大鼠末次给药后,测定其脑组织中的SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、MDA(丙二醛)、NO(一氧化氮)、NOS(一氧化氮合酶)含量。结果模型组大鼠脑组织中SOD含量显著降低,MDA、NO、NOS的含量显著增高,与空白对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);参七汤组、维生素E组大鼠脑组织中SOD的含量明显增高,MDA的含量显著减少,与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),参七汤组、维生素E组之间无统计学意义;参七汤组NO、NOS的含量显著减少,与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);而维生素E组大鼠脑组织中NO、NOS的含量无明显变化。结论参七汤能减轻D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠脑组织自由基对机体的损伤,具有良好的抗自由基作用。Objective To study the effect of Shenqitang to D - galactose - induced aging rat model of free radicals. Methods 40 healthy male SD mice, were trained to swim after a weeks observation, and divided into the following groups randomly: blank control group, normal group, Vitamin E group( vitamin E was used to gavages) ,Shenqitang group( suspension liquid of Shenqitang was used to gavages), The medicine were given the next day after the division, then the free radicals change of SOD, MDA, NO, NOS in rat brain tissue were observed. Re- suits The measurement result of SOD and MDA: There are statistical difference between Shen- qitang group and Vitamin E group and model group. This indicates that Shenqitang and Vitamin E group can improve the level of SOD and reduce the level of MDA in brain tissue of aging model group, Compared Shenqitang group with Vitamin E group, they have not statistics differ- ence; The measurement result of NO and NOS: Compared Shenqitang group with model group, Shenqitang group and model group have statistics difference, this indicates that Shenqi- tang can reduce the level of NO and NOS in brain tissue, but Vitamin E group have not the same effect. Conclusion Shenqitang could relieve the damage of free radical in brain tissue of rat aging model.
