摘  要:目的探讨男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者骨密度改变及其内在原因。方法用超声成像骨密度测定仪(UB IS)对213例男性T2DM患者及213例男性健康对照者跟骨作超声波传导速度(SOS)、骨强度指数(STI)、骨超声振幅衰减(BUA)等骨定量检测,其检测值与对照组的参数相比,得到T积分,按WHO规定,得出骨骼健康状况诊断结果;测量T2DM两组胰岛素水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)生化指标等。结果213例T2DM患者中,骨量减少、骨质疏松的发生率为54.9%(P<0.025),该组胰岛素水平低于正常对照组(P<0.02),HbA1 c高于对照组(P<0.02)。结论男性T2DM患者易于并发骨量减少及骨质疏松,其内在原因与低胰岛素减少、高HbA1 c所导致的骨量丢失有关。Objective To study the changes and immanent cause of bone mineral density in male patients with T2DM in inland area. Method The speed of sound (SOS), stiffness Index and broadband Ultrasound attenuation of calcaneus were measured by UBIS in 213 male patients of T2DM and 213 healthy controls. Compared with the parameters of healthy controls, the T - Score and bone health according to WHO standard was obtained; Insulin level, HbAlc etc were measured in two groups of T2DM. Results The incidence rate of bone loss and osteoporo- sis were 54.9%(P 〈0.025) in 213 male patients. Insulin level was lower than that of normal groups ( P 〈 0.02), HbA1 c was higher than that of normal groups ( P 〈 0.02 ). Conclusion There is higher morbidity of bone loss and osteoporosis in male patients of T2DM in inland area. Im- manent cause of bone loss and osteoporosis are associated with lower insulin level, higher HbAlc,which lead to bone mineral loss.
