摘　　要：目的观察传统胰岛素治疗对2型糖尿病患者心理健康与生活质量的影响。方法运用基本资料问卷及心理健康和生活质量调查表,调查分析247例2型糖尿病患者资料。结果2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药物治疗失效后使用胰岛素治疗者占35.6%,其心理健康情况与未使用胰岛素组相似,但生活质量显著差于后者,主要包括对病情控制不满意、担心低血糖事件和感觉日常生活受影响。促使患者采用胰岛素治疗的因素与病程、治疗依从性、血糖控制及文化程度显著相关。结论传统胰岛素治疗模式下2型糖尿病患者的生活质量较差,有必要改变这种现状以提高患者的生活质量。To observe the influence of traditional insulin treatment on psychological health and life quality of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Investigation of 247 type 2 diabetic patients was based on database,psychological health and life quality questionnaires.Results Insulin was employed in 35.6% type 2 diabetic patients after failure of tablets treatment.Their psychological health was similar to that of non-insulin treated patients.However,their life quality was significantly lower than the latter resulting from unsatisfaction with control of the illness,hypoglycemia anxiety and interference in daily life.The binary logistics analysis revealed that application of insulin treatment was significantly associated with disease duration,compliance with medical order,HbA1c and education level.Conclusion The life quality of type 2 diabetic patients is lower under the traditional insulin treatment.It is necessary to alter the current state in order to improve the quality of life.
