缩唇呼吸应用于Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨缩唇呼吸对Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者康复的影响。方法 将96例患者按抽签法随机分成干预组49例和对照组47例，干预组由护士指导进行缩唇呼吸训练，对照组只进行其他常规治疗护理，比较2组干预后的临床效果。观察指标包括肺活量，第1秒呼气容量，氧分压，二氧化碳分压及血氧饱和度。结果干预组恢复情况明显好于对照组，P均〈0．05。结论 缩唇呼吸对促进Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭者康复有较好的效果。Objective In order to know the rehabiliatative effects of contracted lips breath for patients with Type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods Divided 96 patients with Type Ⅱ respiratory failure into the intervention group（49 cases） and the control group（47 cases） randomly. Contracted lips breath training was used in the intervention group, routine nursing cares was used in the control group, compared the clinical effects between the two groups. The observative indexes were PaO2, SpO2, vital capacity and so on. Results The clinical effects in the intervention group was significantly better than that of in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Contracted lips breath training can improve the rehabilitation for patients with Type Ⅱ respiratory failure.
