摘  要:目的探讨山葡萄多酚对由血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)引起的高血压大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其抗高血压的机制。方法40只Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,即阴性对照组、试验对照组、山葡萄多酚治疗组、NADPH氧化酶抑制组,每组10只。每组大鼠均需要测血压以及NADPH亚单位p22phox、noxl和nox4mRNA的变化。结果大鼠NADPH氧化酶被抑制后血压明显下降,应用山葡萄多酚治疗AngⅡ引起的高血压组发现血压明显下降,NADPH氧化酶的亚单位p22phox、noxl以及nox4mRNA表达也明显下降。结论山葡萄多酚有降低由AngⅡ引起的高血压的效果,其机制是通过降低NADPH氧化酶的亚单位来实现的。Objective To investigate the effect of vitis amurensis polyphenol on the hypertension rats induced by angiotensin Ⅱ ( Ang Ⅱ ) and the mechanism of anti-hypertension of vitis amurensis polyphenol. Methods Fourty Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly: control group ,experiment contor group, vifis amurensis polyphenol treatment group and NADPH oxidase inhibitor group. The blood pressure, p^22 phox,noxl and nox4 mRNA were detected. Results The blood pressure decreased obviously after inhibiting the NADPH oxidase. Compared with experiment control group, the blood pressure and expressions of p22 phox mRNA, noxl mRNA and nox4 mRNA in hypertension rats decreased obviously after treating by vitis amurensis polyphenol. Conclusions Vitis amurensis polyphenol can decrease the hypertension induced by AngⅡthrough decreasing the NADPH oxidase activity.
