摘 要:目的探寻改善单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复的个体化设计与提高两侧鼻翼在三维方向上对称性的新途径。方法选1例成年男性单侧唇裂Ⅰ期术后鼻畸形患者,收集其螺旋CT数据,应用Minics10.0、Geomagic Studio7.0、Magics 8.05三个软件处理CT数据,完成唇裂鼻畸形整复的个体化设计、形成CAD(计算机辅助设计)数据,经快速成形机加工形成模型。结果运用计算机辅助设计、快速成形技术成功实现了对唇裂鼻畸形整复模型的个体化设计与制作,直观再现了患侧鼻翼术后的理想外形,可为手术提供直接参考。结论引入计算机辅助设计与快速成形技术制作唇裂鼻畸形整复模型,有利于提高设计、施术的准确性。Objective To explore a new method for improving the individual design for correction of nasal deformities associated with unilateral deft lip and three dimensional symmetry of bilateral nasal wings. Methods One postoperative male patient with nasal deformities associated with unilateral cleft lip was selected. The spiral cr data were collected and processed with three software (Minics10.0, Geomagic Studio7.0, Magi cs8.05) to form some individual CAD data. Two models were completed with a rapid prototyping machine. Results The individual design and manufacture were successfully carried out through rapid prototyping technology. The model directly displayed the ideal postoperative appearance, and could provide direct reference for operation. Conclusion The computer-aided design and rapid prototyping technology could improve the accuracy of model design and operation for correction of nasal deformities associated with cleft lip.
