结核性脑膜炎31例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的探讨结核性脑膜炎的预后与早期诊断、治疗的关系。方法对31例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床表现、辅助检查、抗结核等治疗及预后进行回顾性分析。结果31例结核性脑膜炎患者中,26例治愈,3例转院进一步治疗,2例因病程长、治疗晚而死亡。结论结核性脑膜炎的预后关键在于早期诊断、早期抗结核药物联合治疗。Objective To investigate the relationship between prognosis of tuberculous meningitis and its early diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data,inspection,anti-tuberculosis treatment and the prognosis of 31 patients with tuberculous meningitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 31 patients,26 were cured,3 were transferred for further treatment,and 2 with long course and later treatment died.Conclusion The results indicate that the key of prognosis of tuberculous meningitis is early diagnosis and early union treatment of anti-tuberculosis drugs.
