儿童四脑室区肿瘤的MRI诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童四脑室区肿瘤的MRI诊断及特征。方法报道18例经手术和病理证实的四脑室区肿瘤,分析其MRI图像特征及流行病学特点。结果检出髓母细胞瘤7例,星形细胞瘤7例,室管膜瘤3例,神经纤维瘤1例。大多肿瘤MRI表现为T1WI为低或低等信号,T2WI为高或高混杂信号,增强后可见实性部分强化,囊变坏死区不强化,强化程度不一。结论MRI对儿童四脑室区肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值,对不典型表现仍需术后病理确定。Objective To discuss the MRI diagnostic value of the fourth ventricle tumors in children. Methods 18 cases of the fourth ventricle tumors, proved by surgery and pathology, were reported to explore MRI and epidemiologic characteristics. Results There were medulloblastoma in 7cases, astrocytoma in 7 cases,ependymoma in 3 cases and nerve fiber tumor in 1 case. MRI of Most tumors demonstrated low signal intensity or hypo- and isointense on T1-weighted images,heterogeneously high signal intensity on T2-weighted images. They displayed homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion MRI is of great value to the diagnosis and differentiation of the fourth ventride tumors in children.
