摘  要:分析某抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机弹性盘支承推力轴承发生烧损的原因,提出处理对策如下:改进推力轴承支承结构设计;采用反变形刮瓦的施工工艺消除瓦面热变形的影响;修刮进油坡口,用合适的刮瓦工艺解决径向偏心较大引起的轴瓦变形问题;增大冷却器容量;取消刮油板,抬高喷油管。这些对策经实施,使机组转入了稳定运行。The causes of bum-out of the elastic shaft-disc thrust bearing in a pumped storage power station were analyzed. Some were put forward as follows: to improve the thrust bearing structure design, to eliminate the influence of thermal deformation of bushing surface by adoption of anti-deformation beating shoe grinding technique, to amend the oil groove, to employ rational bearing shoe grinding technique to control the axial bushing deformation induced by large radial eccentricity, to increase the cooler capacity, to remove oil semper, and to raise nozzle tube.
