摘　　要：目的探讨Rathke裂囊肿的MRI特征性表现及鉴别诊断。方法搜集经手术病理证实的Rathke裂囊肿23例,回顾性分析并总结其MRI表现。结果MRI平扫:病变多位于鞍内,呈类圆形,突入鞍上者呈哑铃状;信号表现多样,T1WI序列可为低、等、高信号,T2WI序列多为高信号;囊内可见漂浮结节影者6例;囊底见沉淀物者2例。MRI增强扫描:病变未见明显强化,3例仅可见囊壁强化。结论Rathke裂囊肿MRI平扫表现呈多样性,但有一定的特征性;MRI增强扫描有利于与鞍区其他病变的鉴别诊断。　Objective To study the characteristic appearance and diagnosis on MRI of Rathke＇s Cleft Cyst. Methods The characteristic MRI appearances of 23 cases of histologically confirmed Rathke＇s Cleft Cyst involved in our study were analyzed retrospectively. Results Appearances of Rathke＇s Cleft Cyst were mostly roundlike in sella turcica and dumbbell-like growed up sella turcica on plain scanning of MRI.The cysts were mostly hypointense or evenintense or hyperintense on T1-weighted imaging（T1WI） and hyperintense on T2-weighted imaging（T2WI）.Appearances of 6 cases were floating nodes in cyst and of 2 cases were seen perciptant under the cyst.On enhanced MRI： Most lesions present no obvious enhancement with only 3 cases present cystwall enhancement. Conclusion MRI appearances of Rathke＇s Cleft Cyst present multiple but some characteristic.Enhanced MRI have unique advantages in the diagnosis of Rathke＇s Cleft Cyst.
