摘　　要：随着人们生活方式的发展变化、新技术的出现和污染因素的增多,医院感染管理工作的形势日益严峻。作者从医院感染管理工作的组织、制度、知识、技术等方面提出了使医院感染管理工作长期有效运行基本方法。With the changes of people＇s life style, the emergence of new techniques and increasing infections, the management of hospital infection is difficult. At present, hospital infection control falls behind with the practical requirement. We put forward several long-term effective essential methods concerning the organization, regulation, knowledge and technique of managing hospital infection.
