高海拔地区燃无烟煤大型预分解窑的设计与运行

摘　　要：华新水泥(昭通)有限公司4000t/d熟料燃无烟煤生产线是国内首条高海拔(2150m以上)地区的大型生产线。针对高海拔低气压及无烟煤的燃烧特点,该生产线煅烧系统采用了OCUS回转窑用燃烧器,可以延长物料在炉内停留时间的中间缩口的喷腾型分解炉,和窑头、窑尾PFISTER喂煤秤系统。投运后,该线煤粉燃烧充分,熟料热耗低,系统运行稳定,熟料质量优良。4000t/d burning-anthracite production line of Huaxin Shaotong Company located in high altitude areas （above 2150m）, which is the first large high altitude production line in China. As the atmospheric pressure in high altitude areas is low, they adopted OCUS burner at head of the rotary kiln, a special spouted calciner with a diameter diminution in the middle which can prolong the time for material staying in the calciner, and PFISTER coal weighing feeder at kiln head and end. So after being put into production, the coal burns well, the energy consumption of clinker is low, the system running state is stable and the quality of the clinker is perfect.
