摘  要:为了提高系统产能,鲁碧公司对其两条矿渣粉磨生产线(φ3m×11m球磨机带DST组合式选粉机组成的闭路粉磨与φ2.6m×11m球磨机带高细内选粉机开路粉磨)实施了串联改造。串联后两台磨总产量由34.5t/h提高到38t/h左右,出厂成品比表面积多数保持在400m2/kg以上,而且产品综合电耗下降明显,改造效果显著。To improve the system output, Lubi Company connected their two slag grinding systems in series, one was a closed circuit system composed by a φ3 m×11 m ball mill with combined DST separator and the other was an open circuit system composed by a φ2.6 m×11m ball mill with finely graded internal separator. Through alteration, the total output becomes 38 t/h which was 34.5 t/h before and now the product's specific surface keeps greater than 400 m^2/kg, moreover, the overall heat comsumption decreases obviously, in a word, the alteration benefit is great.
