摘　　要：概述了微乳透皮给药的渗透机制,微乳的各组分及结构对透皮渗透的影响和微乳中加入促渗剂的可行性。The penetration mechanisms of microemulsion system and the influence factors such as ingredients and structures of microemulsion as well as the feasibility of adding transdermal enhancers to improve the penetration of microemulsion systems are reviewed.
