摘　　要：依据性能需求理论和方法,对于材料实验室常用的分划器改进过程做了分析.分划器的性能可以分解成一些子性能,而子性能的功能和质量要求容易分析清楚和得到满足,这就是这个理论和方法的效果,利用这个理论和方法,分析和改进后的分划器结构合理,操作方便,简捷,夹持牢固可靠,刻线精度高.Guided by the design theory and methodology of the performance requirement,an improvement process of lineation device has been analyzed. The performance of lineation device can be divided into some sub-performances, so that such performances can be analyzed clearly and can be satisfied easily. This is the benefit from the theory and methodology, and this analysis certainly adds some-thing new to the process of the lineation device improvement.
