摘　　要：为了提高砌块成型机的自动化程度,将PLC自动化控制技术应用到砌块成型机中,并采用先进的可编程液晶显示人机界面,使得砌块成型机具有结构简洁、控制方便、维护简单、不易损坏等特点,与目前引进的国外砌块成型机相比,具有价格低、维修方便的优势,有良好的应用前景和经济价值.To meet the ever- growing needs for the new material of wall -hollow bricks, block forming machine automation needs to be improved. PLC automatic control technology will be applied to the block -forming machine with an advanced programmable LCD interface, which will make the structure of block forming machine simple, easy to control and maintain, and not liable to be damaged. The machine gains the advantages of low price and easy maintenance over the foreign block forming machine, so it has good prospects and economic value.
