摘  要:目的:探讨p57kip2蛋白和CyclinD2蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测p57kip2,CyclinD2在55例人脑胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织中的表达.结果:在55例胶质瘤中,p57kip2蛋白阳性率为38.2%(21/55),低于正常脑组织(80%,P<0.05).低度恶性(I~II级)与高度恶性(III~IV级)间及不同生存时间组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CyclinD2蛋白阳性率为52.7%(29/55),高于正常脑组织(0%,P<0.01).脑胶质瘤不同恶性程度组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同生存时间组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).p57kip2蛋白的表达与CyclinD2蛋白的表达无相关(P>0.05).结论:p57kip2蛋白和CyclinD2蛋白在脑胶质瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用.且与肿瘤的分化程度,预后相关.AIM: To investigate the expressions of p57^kip2 and cyclin D2 proteins in human glioma and their clinical significances. METHODS: The expressions of p57^kip2 and cyclin D2 proteins in glioma tissues from 55 patients and normal brain tissues of 10 subjects were detected with SP immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: The positive rate of p57^kip2 protein in glioma tissues was 38.2% ( 21/55 ) , lower than that in normal brain tissues (80%, P 〈0.05) , and it was statistically different between low- and high-grade malignant gliomas ( Ⅰ-Ⅱ vs Ⅲ-Ⅳ ) and between different length of survival time ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of cyclin D2 protein was 52.7% ( 29/55 ), higher than that in normal brain tissue (0% , P 〈0.01 ) , and it was significantly correlated with the grade of malignance ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but not with the two-year survival time ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of P57^kip2 protein was found not related to the expression of cyclin D2 protein (P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Both P57^kip2 and cyclin D2 proteins play important roles in the genesis and development of human glioma. Furthermore, their expressions are correlated with the differentiation and prognosis of the glioma.
