摘  要:目的研究双龙接骨丸对SD大鼠骨折愈合过程中骨痂生长量及骨痂中微量元素(Zn、Cu)含量的影响。方法将36只SD大鼠造成桡骨中下段实验性骨折,随机分为空白对照组、伤科接骨片组、双龙接骨丸组,每天分别以生理盐水、伤科接骨片悬液、双龙接骨丸生药液灌胃。术后第7、14、21天每组以断颈法处死4只大鼠,取其双侧桡骨,摄X片后以电光天平称量桡骨重量差异,再以原子吸收光谱分析法检测骨痂中锌、铜含量。结果双龙接骨丸组大鼠骨痂量及微量元素含量均高于其余两组(P<0.05或P<0.01),X摄片也显示双龙接骨丸组骨痂形成及骨折愈合程度好于其余两组。结论双龙接骨丸可明显促进SD大鼠在实验性骨折愈合过程中骨痂的形成,并有提高骨痂中微量元素含量的作用。Objective To study the effect of Shuanglongjieguwan on the weight and the contents of trace elements(Zn, Cu) in callus in the process of fracture healing of SD white rats. Methods Artificial fracture was made on left radius of 36 SD white rats. The animals were divided into the blank control group, the Shangkejiegupian group and the Shuanglongjieguwan group. Four rats of each group were killed at 7th, 14th and 21st day after surgery, both radius were taken to be checken with X-ray and weighten with electrospectrobalance, the contents of Zn, Cu in callus were detected with atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results The weight of callus in Shuanglongjieguwan group was more than those in the other two groups( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Shanglongjieguwan could promote the callus forming and the contents of Zn, Cu in callus.
