热障涂层的性能评价

摘　　要：热障涂层用于涡轮发动机的热端部件可显著提高其使用温度,延长部件的使用寿命,并提高发动机的效率。文中对热障涂层的力学性能、抗氧化和抗热腐蚀、抗磨蚀和热学特性等性能的评价及性能判断与分析进行了综合回顾。Thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） have been increasingly used to extend me durability of aircraft gas turbine engine.This not only increases components lifetime ,but also allows higher engine temperatures and there-fore better efficiency.The performance valuation and analysis was reviewed to the mechanics property,oxidation resistance, hot corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and thermal property of thermal barrier coatings.
