整合素β_1和层粘连蛋白在不孕症患者子宫内膜和正常早孕蜕膜组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:检测整合素β1(Integrinβ1)和层粘连蛋白(Laminin,LN)在不明原因不孕妇女子宫内膜、正常子宫内膜和宫内早孕蜕膜组织中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(S-P)法检测30例不明原因不孕症子宫内膜组织,20例宫内早孕蜕膜组织及20例正常宫内膜组织中整合素β1和LN的表达水平及分布。结果:整合素β1和LN在宫内早孕蜕膜腺上皮细胞中表达水平增高;整合素β1在不明原因不孕子宫内膜各期腺上皮、基质细胞表达水平显著减低,LN在不明原因不孕子宫内膜表达程度最高。结论:整合素β1和LN在子宫内膜的表达异常可使子宫内膜容受性降低、子宫内膜与胚泡发育不同步,从而使着床失败,导致不孕。Objective： To study the expression of Integrinβ1 and Laminin（LN） in endometrium with primary unexplained infertility, normal endometrium and early pregnant deciduas. Methods. The level of expression of IntegrinL31 and LN in 30 unexplained infertility,20 early pregnant deciduas and 20 normal endometrium was measured by immuno-histochemical method（S-P technique）. Results. The expressions of Integrinβ1 and LN in normal early pregnant deciduas were both higher than those in the normal endometrium. The expres- sion of Integrinβ1 in infertility was lower during proliferative and secretary phase than those in the forgoing groups. The expression of LN was the highest in the three groups. Conclusion. The abnormal expression of Integrinβ1 and LN will reduce endometrium＇s acceptability in infertility, cause the failure of imbed and it can bring about infertility.
