摘  要:目的:观察骨髓增生异常综合征患者骨髓的病态造血情况及原始细胞簇的检出率及组成细胞数范围。方法:瑞-姬氏染色,油镜观察。结果:病态红细胞、病态粒细胞及病态巨核细胞的检出率分别为84.3%、33.3%、23.5%;原始细胞簇的检出率为43.1%。结论:红系病态造血在骨髓增生异常综合征的不同类型中始终占据明显的位置,而随着原始细胞百分数的增多,粒系及巨核系病态细胞百分率也越来越高;原始细胞簇越常见,越支持骨髓增生异常综合征的诊断,且每一簇中原始细胞数越多,骨髓增生异常综合征越易转化为白血病。Objective: To study myelodyplastic syndrome(MDS) patient about marrow dyshaematopiesis, blast cell detection rate and the number scope of cell. Methods: Wright-Giemsa stain, study stain with immersion objective. Results. The detection rate of hematopoiesis disorder of erythroid, granulocytic and megakaryocytic lineages, respectively is 84. 3%, 33. 3% and 23. 5%. The detection rate of blast cell is 43.1%. Conclusion: The hematopoiesis disorder of erythroid lineages occupy the obvious position throughout in the MDS different types. Along with blast cell percentage increasing, the percentage of the granulocyfic and megakaryocytic lineages in the morbid state is higher and higher; Is the blast cell more common, more supports the diagnosis of MDS, and each bunch of blast cell nuraber is more, MDS is easier to transform as the leukemia.
