摘  要:目的:探讨体外培养骨髓基质细胞(MSCs)传代时及其成骨诱导后碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的变化规律。方法:运用灰色GM(1,1)模型,对体外培养MSCs传代时及其成骨诱导后ALP活性进行分析和预测。结果:灰色GM(1,1)模型对体外培养MSCs传代时及其成骨诱导后ALP的活性变化的预测精度高,结果可靠。结论:体外培养的MSCs传代时及其成骨诱导后ALP的活性值的变化可用灰色GM(1,1)模型进行预测。Objective: To study the law of the osteogenesis of marrow stromal cell Methods: Grey mold GM(1, 1) was used to analyse and forecast the alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity. The marrow stromal cells differentiations were evaluated by detecting activities of ALP using PNPP method after cultured for ld, 3d, 5d, and 7d respectively. Results: The forecast precision of grey mold GM(1,1) was high for the change of the ALP activity and the results were reliable. Conclusion: Grey model GM(1,1) could be used to predict differentiation of ostcogenesis of marrow stromal cells.
