摘　　要：分析中国建立有效海洋渔业保险制度的必要性,回顾中国海洋渔业保险的历史发展,考察国外海洋渔业保险的做法,提出以政策性保险为基础建立中国有效海洋渔业保险制度法律体系的建议。The necessity of establishing efficient marine fishery insurance system in China was analyzed, the history of the marine fishery insurance in China was reviewed, the marine fishery insurance systems in other countries were seen about, and suggestion to develop efficient marine fishery insurance legal system in China based on the policy insurance was put forward in this paper.
