摘　　要：目的:通过动物皮肤给药安全性实验,研究退黄外洗液的安全性,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法:按照国家颁发的皮肤过敏试验标准进行皮肤和全身过敏性实验。结果:退黄外洗液无皮肤及全身过敏反应。结论:本品与皮肤给药相关的特殊安全性试验项目符合临床应用要求,局部或全身皮肤洗用是安全的,可以全身盘浴外洗的方法应用于临床。OBJECTIVE： To study the safety of Jaundice - abating Chinese Herbal Lotion for External use through animal skin susceptibility test so as to provide references for its clinical application. METHODS： Skin and systemic susceptibility tests were conducted in accordance with the pertinent standards issued by our country. RESULTS： Neither skin allergic reaction nor systemic allergic reactions were noted for jaundice- abating Chinese Herbal Lotion for external use. CONCLUSION： Jaundice - abating Chinese Herbal Lotion for external use meets the clinical requirements in the skin susceptibility test. This drug was proved to be safe in the local or systemic application, and it can be used in the clinic through systemic tub bath.
