摘　　要：针对管道输油设备在维修过程中存在着盲目大拆大卸、换件修理、装配零部件反装和不规范使用垫片或紧固件等问题,并对设备维修质量方面存在的维修技术、零部件的品质和表面污质清除问题以及不当修理方法的成因及其导致的后果进行了分析,提出了解决问题的方法和注意事项。Aiming at the problems existed in equipment maintenance of oil pipelines such as blind dismount, blindly replacing repair, spare parts assembled reversely and misusing gaskets or fasteners, analysis is conducted to such issues as maintenance techniques existed in maintenance quality, the quality of spare parts and surface dirt cleanup,and the cause of improper maintenance method and its consequence. Relative solutions and precautions to these problems are put forward in the paper.
