摘  要:对鄂东某地钙基膨润土采用悬浮法改型工艺,以焦磷酸钠为添加剂,并控制适宜的工艺条件,制备出了性能优良的高纯钠基蒙脱石,然后以其为基质,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了钛交联蒙脱石。研究结果表明:高纯钠基蒙脱石符合下一步交联反应的要求,可以用作制备钛交联蒙脱石的基质原料,为今后膨润土在该领域的应用提供了技术依据。Under appropriate technical conditions, a Ca- bentonite ore from Eastern Hubei province had been beneficiated by suspension modification process with sodium pyrophosphate as additive, and become an high purity Namontmorillonite with fine performance, then using it as matrix, a titanium -pillared montmorillonite had been synthesized through the sol -gel process. The results indicated that the high purity Na - montmorillonite can meet the demands of next cross - linked reaction, and could be used as matrix raw material for preparation of titanium - pillared montmorillonite. The research provided technologic evidence for application of bentonite in the future.
