摘　　要：文章结合我国硅橡胶防污闪涂料(RTV)的发展历程、制造水平、技术发展、关键技术要求、运行经验及输变电设备污秽外绝缘强度的现状,在综合分析的基础上,提出了硅橡胶防污闪涂料的发展方向、应用前景及应研究和注意的问题。同时指出了RTV和高质量防污闪涂料(PRTV)是同类常温固化硅橡胶防污闪涂料,但PRTV的技术参数明显高于RTV,二者应统称为RTV。Combined with the development course,production level,technical development,technical requirements,operation experiences and the present situation of polluted external insulation strength of the electrical equipment for RTV in China,and based on integrated analysis,the paper presented the development direction and application prospect as well as the problems that should be noticed for RTV. At the same time,it is pointed out that RTV and PRTV is the similar solidified silicon rubber in normal temperature,but the technical parameter of PRTV is higher than RTV obviously,both should be called RTV.
