摘　　要：随着超临界锅炉在国内的相继投产,暴露出来的四管泄漏严重影响着机组的安全经济运行。不同于其他亚临界压力以下锅炉,超临界锅炉四管泄漏问题有其特点。对国内超临界机组自投产以来四管泄漏事例现象原因进行了介绍,从设计安装、检修、运行等方面提出了解决问题的方法及主要检修策略。Alongside the commissioning of supercritical pressure boiler units one after another,the occurring four-tube leakage problems affect seriously the safe and economic operation.Different from the other subcritical and below pressure boilers,The four-tube leakage problems of supercritical boilers have their features. This paper briefs the phenomena and causes of four-tube leakage examples,since the commissioning of domestic supercritical pressure units,and puts forward the problem-resolving method and major repair tactics from the design,erection,repair and operation etc.aspects.
