济南市2006年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)者资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析济南市VCT服务现状，探索艾滋病低流行区VCT服务可持续运转模式。[方法]对2006年到济南市疾病预防控制中心（CDC）VCT门诊寻求艾滋病咨询与检测服务的人员资料进行分析。[结果]2006年共有1450人接受了咨询服务，1424人接受了艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测，确认HIV抗体阳性14例；92．76％的求询者年龄在20～49岁之间；未婚占55．83％，已婚占42．55％；大专及以上文化程度占69．38％。其高中文化占20．90％。职业以公务员或职员最多，占35．03％；其次是学生、个体和经商人员。求询类型以性接触为主，48．41％为异性性接触，35．24％为同性性接触，2．07％为接受输血或血制品，其它占14．28％。[结论]VCT服务是及早发现HIV感染者和病人的有效手段，应该大力开展VCT服务，有效预防控制艾滋病。[Objective]To study VCT status in Ji＇nan, explore the persistent operating mode of VCT in low prevalence area. [Methods]The data of VCT from Ji＇nan CDC in 2006 were analyzed. [Results]1 450 persons recieved counseling service in 2006.1 424 were tested for anti-HIV,14 were anti-HIV positive. 92.76% were aged from 20 to 49 years. 55.83% were unmarried,42.55 % were married. 69.38 % of the persons were at the education level of college,secondary school or higher, 20.90 % of them were at the education level of senior high school. 35.03 % of them were government employees or company employees, then they were students, private and businessmen etc. 48. 41% of them were heterosexuality, 35.24 % were homosexuality, 2.07% had blood transfusion or blood products, other route accounted for 14.28%. [Conclusion] VCT was an effective method to direct HIV and AIDS earlier. VCT must be carried to prevent and control AIDS effectively.
