克拉玛依市545例性病门诊患者资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解性病流行特点及治疗情况。[方法]对2000～2006年在克拉玛依市疾病预防控制中心和市人民医院皮肤科门诊治疗的545例性病确诊患者资料进行分析。[结果]545例患者中，男性占68．99％，20～39岁占76．33％，非婚性接触感染占76．33％。545例患者的总有效率为94．32％，其中淋病有效率为100．00％。[结论]性病门诊患者中男性青年居多，目前使用的性病药物治疗效果较好。[Objective]To understand epidemiological characteristic and treatment of STD by analyzing clinic data of STD patients.[Methods]Data from 545 patients treated in CDC and Dermatology Department of the People＇s Hospital from 2000 to 2006 in karamay were analyzed. [Results]STD was most prevalent in the group aged from 20 to 39（76, 33%） among 545 STD patients;most of them were male（ 68.99% ） and infected through non-marriage sexual behavior（77.61% ）. Total effective rate was 94.32% among 545 STD patients who received treatment,the effective rate of treating gonorrhea was the highest（100.00 %）. [Conclusion]Most STD patients were young male . Treatment was effective by STD medication.
