摘　　要：基于开封市发展现状及其城市总体规划,探讨如何通过保护与整治规划的手段来保护和延续开封古城风貌特色,继承和发掘城市的传统历史文化,促进当地文化产业和旅游产业的快速发展.Based on the present situation and the comprehensive planning of the city, the paper gives an account of how to protect and maintain the historic feature, inherent and promote the traditional culture, and improve the local cultural and tourist industry by means of conservation and remodeling the planning.
