摘 要:用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法调查了荣昌、大足、壁山、永川、江津、合川、潼南、垫江及涪陵等9个县14个猪场共1 790份粪样.掌握了重庆市猪隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium)的感染情况.结果表明:①14个猪场均感染了隐孢子虫,隐孢子虫的平均感染率为16.93%,阳性率最高的猪场为43.48%;仔猪感染率为12.52%,后备猪为22.26%,种猪为17.72%.②经鉴定,所获虫体为猪隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium suis).1790 Faecal samples were randomly got from 14 hoggeries among Rongchang, Dazu, Bishan, Yongchuan, Jiangjin, Hechuan, Tongnan, Dianjiang and Fuling regions were examined by using the Sheather'S sugar flotation technique and the modified acid-fast stains technique to determine the situation of Cryptosporidium infections in Chongqing. Cryptosporidium suis presents in 14 hoggeries in which the highest infection rate was 43.48%, and mean infection rate was 16.93% ; the infection rate of piglets, young pigs and sows were 11.52% ,22.26% and 17.72% respectively. The Cryptosporidium oocysts were identified morphologically as Cryptosporidium suis. It is concluded that Cryptosporidium suis is highly prevalent in pigs in Chongqing, suggesting that Cryptosporidiosis of pigs should be controlled by the government.
