摘　　要：M IS在电力通信管理中得到了广泛的应用,而M IS移动应用和巡检管理系统作为原通信M IS的一种补偿和拓展,有效地解决了通信的巡检管理和现场数据的实时调用和更新问题。文章描述了系统的应用需求、设计思路和原理框图,简要说明了各个模块的软件设计,最后对该系统的应用前景进行了展望。The MIS is used widely in the power communication management. As an extension of MIS, the mobile application of MIS and perambulating management system has played an important role in perambulating management as well as in field data accessing and refreshing. This paper describes the application requirements, design ideas and the principle diagram in this system. It introduces the software modules and the prospects of the applications in the future.
