摘　　要：介绍了激光电子剪切散斑干涉成像系统的原理;用该系统检测了蜂窝结构件的缺陷,缺陷散斑图像清晰可辨。试验表明,该系统可用于复合材料结构和蜂窝夹层结构的无损检测。The principle of imaging system for laser electron shear speckle interferometry is presented. The defect of honeycomb structure is detected by this system, and the defect speckle image is recognized clearly. It is concluded that the system can be used in nondestructive detection of composite material and honeycomb structure.
