摘 要:针对异型材的几种常用加工方法,如拉伸、辊拉、轧制等,分析它们在加工中的应力特点。拉伸、辊拉为二向拉应力、一向压应力,所以对塑性较好的金属线材有利,而对低塑性有色金属材料不利,后者加工时易出现拉裂或拉断现象,造成生产中断甚至无法加工;轧制法应力特点为三向压应力,对塑性较好或低塑性金属线材都有利,但型辊加工昂贵,轧机维护费用高,故轧制法最好用于大规模生产中。旋锻法应力特点和轧制法一致且产能较低,对产量较低、附加值较高的低塑性有色金属异型材尝试采用旋锻方法加工。The stress characteristic of the main working methods for processing the special-shaped wire, such as drawing, driven roller die and rolling was analyzed. Because the stress characteristics of drawing and driven roller die are biaxial draw stress and uniaxial pressure stress, so drawing or driven roller die is favorable to the non-ferrous metal of higher plasticity and is of disbennifit to that of lower plasticity. The production process become very difficult when non-ferrous metal of lower plasticity is broken. Although the stress characteristic of rolling is a triaxial pressure stress, rolling working is favorable both to the non-ferrous metal of higher or lower plasticity, but roller making and maintenance of rolling machine are very expensive. So it is better to use the rolling method for high yield production. The stress characteristic of swaging is the same as that of rolling. The production yield of swaging is lower. Swaging is maybe applicable for producing the special-shaped non-ferrous metal wire of lower plasticity, lower yield and high profit.
