摘  要:介绍了石油钻杆端部镦锻加厚工艺基本原理及加厚方式。针对Φ137.9 mm×9.17 mm石油钻杆,提出了加厚工艺方案,并用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件,对其端部镦锻成形过程进行了数值模拟。通过后处理模块显示的模拟结果,发现在原有的工艺方案中,终锻成形管坯的内壁与凸模间有较大的间隙。提出了改进方案,在第二工步将凹模的型腔部分加长,同时增大凸模的行程。模拟结果表明,适当增大凹模型腔部分长度及凸模行程时,管坯内壁充满情况最为理想,内加厚锥度也较为光滑。得出的改进方案是可行的,并为同类钻杆镦锻模的设计提供了参考。The basic principle and the method of oil drill pipe end upsetting process were presented. Aimed at the Ф137.9 mm× 9. 17 mm oil drill pipe, the upsetting process plan was put forward, and the end upsetting process was simulated by using DEFORM-3D. The simulation results displayed by the Post Processor show the previous scheme problem that there is a large gap between the internal wall of the ultimately forged pipe and the punch. An improved scheme was presented, and the length of the die cavity and the movement distance of the punch were increased in the second step. The simulation results show that the internal wall of the ultimately forged pipe is filled with the most ideal situation and the taper of the internal upset part is relatively smooth when the increased length is suitable. The improved scheme is feasible, which provides a guidance for designing the upsetting die of the similar drill pipe.
