摘　　要：根据大型注塑模具设计制造特点,应用Borland Delphi 7.0开发工具和MSSQL Server 2000数据库平台,开发了大型注塑模设计知识管理系统。该系统包括基础知识管理、文档知识管理、知识分布管理、信息交流管理和系统功能管理等5个主要的模块。运用该系统既可以利用成熟的设计准则和已有的数据资源进行快速查询与设计,又可以不断修改和优化各种设计参数,补充新的知识和数据资源,还可以设置企业知识资源的分布,方便对设计文档类资料的统一管理。系统运行界面简洁、操作方便,具有良好的人机交互功能。According to the characteristics of large injection molding, knowledge management system （KMS） software for designing large injection molds was developed. This system is based on Borland Delphi 7.0 and MS SQL Server 2000 and includes five main modules： elementary knowledge management, document-knowledge management, knowledge distribution management, information-exchange management and system function management. Users can search the knowledge rapidly, calculate conveniently, browse the knowledge distribution by means of the mature design criterions and the existing data resources, or users can constantly revise and optimize design parameters, add new knowledge and the data resources, and set up the distribution of enterprise knowledge resources and unify the designing documents. The software is characteristic of easy to use, a favorable interface and the man-machine interactive function.
