摘 要:为了能生产出合格的镁合金电动螺丝刀套筒锻件,设计了电阻丝陶瓷加热圈、温度控制系统和镁合金等温锻造模具,介绍了电阻丝陶瓷加热圈、温度控制系统和保温隔热系统的构成。利用"模膛"直接加热镁合金坯料,"模膛"就是"炉膛"。计算出模具的加热时间为26 min,与实际加热时间27 min相近。绘制并分析了设定温度分别为260,300和340℃,从室温开始加热的模具温度曲线。由温度-时间曲线可知,镁合金等温锻造模具的加热特性稳定,即不同设定温度下的"冲温"均为50℃左右。To produce eligible magnesium alloy electric screwdriver knife sleeve forgings, an isothermal forging die with resistance-wire ceramic heater and temperature control system was designed. The structure of resistance-wire ceramic beater, temperature control system and heat preservation system were introduced. The cavity was used as hearth to heat up magnesium alloy billets directly. A formula was employed to calculate the heating time of die, it was 26 min which was close to the experiment heating time of 27 min. As setting temperature was 260, 300 and 340 ℃ respectively, the temperature-time curve of die was gained and an analysis on it was presented. The temperature-time curve shows that the heating characteristic of magnesium alloy isothermal forging die is stable, that is the rush temperature under different setting temperatures is about 50 ℃.
