摘 要:为了研究换能器的工作安全性能、提高换能器的系统效率,根据压电换能器的工作原理,利用等效电路方法,分析了压电换能器在并联谐振频率附近工作时的频率特性,得出了在并联谐振频率附近的功率输出自动调节规律,应用该规律探讨了功率输出自动调节的频率范围,并对超声清洗换能器在不同负载时的功率输出进行了实验。结果表明:换能器在并联谐振频率附近工作时具有较好的功率输出自动调节功能,对提高换能器的系统效率有一定指导意义。In order to study the security characteristics and to increase the system efficiency of piezoelectric transducer, based on the work principle, the characteristics of piezoelectric transducer working at frequencies near parallel resonance were analyzed by using equivalent circuit method. The behaviors and the frequencies range of automatic output power adjustment were diScussed. The output powers of an ultrasonic cleaning transducer working at different load were measured. Experimental results indicated that the transducer working at frequencies near parallel resonance has preferable characteristics of automatic output power adjustment. It is helpful to increase the system efficiency of piezoelectric transducer.
