摘　　要：为加强对医务人员终生医学教育的考核,降低继续教育的管理成本,提高管理效率与水平,宁夏医学院附属医院引进了威尔4355指纹考勤机,在医院现有局域网的基础上,将各会场连接指纹机的信息点划入一个单独的VLAN中,使分散于各个楼宇会场中的指纹考勤机实现在不同会场完成相同或者不同活动的签到工作.同时,基于Oracle9i数据库,利用Delphi 6.0可视化编程语言,结合威尔指纹机内置的数据库及指纹验证软件,开发了适用于Windows操作系统的指纹签到继续教育管理系统.该系统包括初始化、活动管理、继续教育学分管理、信息查询、统计报表、系统管理等6个功能模块,动态实现进出签到、发放学分证、审核考勤数据、打印报表、统计查询等功能.该系统投入运行以来,为高效、规范、低成本地实现各种考勤管理,提供了技术上的保障.In order to enhance the assessment of medical staff＇s life-long continuing education, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of management, the fingerprint attendance machine WEDS 4355 was introduced to the hospital attached to Ningxia Medical College. On the basis of existing local area network in the hospital, the information spots connected with the fingerprint machine in each conference site were included within a independent VLAN, so the fingerprint machine dispersed in each building conference site can complete the same or different conference＇s check-in work. Meanwhile, based on Oracle the 9i database, using the Delphi6.0 visible programming language, with the database and fingerprint confirmation software in the WEDS macine, fingerprint check-in system for continuing education under the windows operation system was developed. The system includes the initialization, the active management, the continuing education grades management, the information inquiry, the statistical report form, the system administration and so on six functions modules. The check-in and check-out, printing the grades card, report form, checking attendance data, statistical inquiry was dynamically realized. Since the system was put into use, the technical safeguard for the standardized, efficient and economical attendance management was provided.
