摘  要:用茚三酮-味精法采集跖纹,体视显微镜下追踪跖纹主线走向和鉴定纹型,分析了安徽芜湖和合肥地区196例10-59岁智能发育不全患者的跖纹.结果显示:跖纹B线、C线、D线、E线、Pd线和Pf线走向与对照组有若干统计学差异,拇趾球区弓型纹增多,箕型纹减少;第四趾间区和小鱼际远侧区真实花纹明显增多.这些跖纹参数可以作为智能发育不全患者的辅助诊断指标.Collected plantar prints with Ninhygrine-gourmet powder, traced plantar main line trend and appraised patterns with steromicroscope, the plantar dermatoglyphics of a sufferer from intelligence hypoplasia in Hefei and Wuhu urban districts of Anhui were analysed. There are 196 persons in this sample including 119 moronity pupils (73 males and 46 females) and 77 idiocy and imbecility patients (40 males and 37 females), aged from 10 -59 years. The results are as follows: some statistical differences in theplantar dermatoglyphic B line, C line, D line, E line, pd and pf line trend between a sufferer from intelligence hypoplasia and normal contrast groups; the hallucal area patterns arch(A) are more and loop(L) are less in sufferer from intelligence hypophrenia than contrasts; the true patterns of plantar interdigital area Ⅳ and distal hypothenar area (Hd) are more in a sufferer from intelligence hypoplasis than contrasts. The dermatoglyphic features can be used as refertnce target for diaghosis the sufferer from intelligence hypoplasia.
