发展绿色农业的宏观思考

摘　　要：工业化的推进创造大量物质财富,同时也带来资源趋于衰竭、环境污染恶化、生态遭到破坏和人口的刚性增长等严峻问题。为有效遏止和解决这些问题,不仅要在工业化建设中采取措施,在农业发展进程中也要采取切实可行的政策和措施。本文根据目前国内外绿色农业发展与实践,探讨我国绿色农业发展战略及需要采取的措施与办法。The advance of industrialization has created substantial material wealth for us, but it has also brought some serious problems such as the threat of resources failure, environmental pollution, ecological destruction, and rigid growth of population etc. To curb and solve these problems efficiently, we should not only take relevant measures in the industrial construction, but also adopt practical policies and measures in the course of agricultural development. According to the current development and practices of green agriculture at home and abroad, this paper probes into the development strategies, relevant measures and the means that are required.
